Limited Warranty
MPI warrants each new product or part thereof supplied by MPI (an “MPI Product”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
All products: six (6) months from date of original purchase.
Any MPI Product that is found to be not in compliance with applicable MPI published specifications for such MPI Product due to a
defect in materials or workmanship in normal use will be repaired or replaced with a new or equivalent MPI Product.
MPI has earned a reputation as a reliable supplier by responding quickly to the needs of our customers and providing best possible solutions.
In addition, MPI is in no way liable for damages to a MPI Product, user’s property or any personal injuries that are caused by
improper installation or use of MPI Products or other causes not due to the fault or negligence of MPI.
This limited warranty and any claims arising from breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or any other claim arising
from the sale or use of MPI Products shall be governed and construed under the laws of Delhi Courts. MPI distributors have no express or implied
authority to bind MPI to any agreement or warranty of any kind without the express written consent of MPI.
Return Policy
If you believe there is a defect in a MPI Product while such MPI Product is covered under this limited warranty, then you must follow the Returned Goods Procedure set forth below.
If you purchased your MPI Product directly from MPI, or if the distributor you purchased your MPI Product from is no longer in operation, then you must follow the Returned Goods
Procedure set forth below. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
If you purchased your MPI Product through a distributor, then you must contact that distributor to initiate a warranty claim (and the Returned Goods Procedure below will not apply to you).
Returned Goods Procedure
- All MPI Product Returns should be returned freight prepaid.
- If MPI determines that a MPI Product covered by this limited warranty is defective, or if MPI otherwise decides to accept your claim, MPI will repair or replace the
defective MPI Product. This is the only MPI obligation and the only remedy available to you under this limited warranty.
- If MPI determines that a MPI Product does not qualify for this limited warranty, you have two options available:

- 1. The MPI Product can be returned to you, subject to a service charge for inspection, cleaning and routine replacement of all rubber components and any other parts that show wear, plus freight; or
- 2. MPI can dispose of the returned MPI Product without compensation to you.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Extend To:
- Any MPI Product or Part that has been subject to misuse, tampering, mishandling, neglect, accident, modification or improper application, installation or maintenance;
- Any MPI Product or Part that has been repaired or altered outside of the MPI plant, unless authorized in writing by MPI or unless such installation, repair or alteration is performed by MPI; or
- Any labour, travel or installation charges related to the removal and/or replacement of a MPI Product or Part alleged to be inoperative or not in compliance with applicable MPI published specifications.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABLITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL MPI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES, AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER REMEDIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES OF MPI FOR DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR ANY DEFECTS IN MPI PRODUCTS OR FOR ANY OTHER INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM SUCH DEFECTS.
